Balancing light and shadow is not a choice but a fact. For each decision you make, the nature will eventually balance the world for you - and choosing between light and shadow each day is not a sin, but a need. Growing as a sorcerer, Yonas have always understood there's no wrong in making use of your knowledge to benefit yourself as long as you keep away from other's choices. It was only a matter of time until he fell in love for such usage of magic: spells, potions and curses.

During the medieval Inquisition, the amount of witches whom were hunted and survived reduced to so little that couldn't be counted, usually families and covens hidden in the woods trying to stay away from the regular non-magic-related human beings. Acquiring ancestor's knowledge, Yonas was slowly getting away from his original family's use of magic (which were pretty much focused on healing and hiding themselves) while getting deeper in his past lives experiences within the dark path. There is a say that implies that you are always going to find your way back to your older origins.

Nos dias atuais é praticamente impossível para um jovem, mesmo feiticeiro, se abster de toda a tecnologia e do mundo moderno. Com isso, Yonas segue uma vida curiosa explorando as diferentes facetas do mundo comum sendo um bruxo novo que não viveu durante a inquisição como seus pais, mas foi criado escondido estudando seus poderes e origens, não estando habituado a todos os costumes fora do mundo mágico.

Yonas mescla seus conhecimentos e necessidades das mais diversas criaturas para manter sua pequena fonte de sustento vendendo poções e feitiços para os não-bruxos. Também pode usar seus poderes para ajudar amigos necessitados, se proteger, pregar peças ou se vingar de alguém que lhe fez mal.
